For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Duas Rodas Customs will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging/refunding. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing. Items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. Items must be received within 30 days of your original order.

Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways.

At Duas Rodas Customs we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Team so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Team at sales@duasrodascustoms.com and we will be happy to resolve the matter.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item or return it for a refund for the value of the returned goods.

We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices may occur.
